    • Shipped items on the roadmap said Target next to their date, which reads as a promise for something already done. They say Shipped now - and a cancelled item says when it was due
    • A handful of entries on this page were showing a generic sparkle instead of the icon they asked for, including two that have been wrong since 2.7.0

    Alignment and a lighter card foot

    • The Scroll hint under your card lost its dark box. It is two words and an arrow at the foot of your card, and it no longer looks like a button

    • A page title sat 12 pixels further left than the content under it whenever your background needed a backing behind the text. Titles, cards and everything else on a page now start on the same line
    • Page titles also shifted sideways when you swapped a photo background for a plain colour, because the backing appeared and disappeared with it. They stay put now, whatever is behind them

    Discord and the scroll hint

    • On a photo or video background the text on a bare Discord card keeps a small backing of its own, so your handle stays readable without the whole card turning into a panel again
    • The hint under your card now says Scroll instead of repeating your first page's name, so it stops reading like a second heading under your display name

    • Choosing None for your Discord card background still left a dark panel behind the card. None now means none - no fill, no outline, no blur, just your background

    • Choose what the Discord mark in the corner shows - the icon and the word, just the icon, just the word, or nothing at all
    • Hide your Discord profile picture. Your handle stays either way
    • Give the card its own background colour
    • Or no background at all, so whatever is behind your card shows through it

    • A colour you pick is darkened just enough that your handle stays readable on it. A bright colour reads as a deep version of itself rather than swallowing the text - the card keeps its promise that everything on it can be read, on any background

    • Pages - full-height sections below your card. Visitors reach them by scrolling, and a rail of dots down the side shows them where they are
    • One scroll, one page. A wheel notch, a trackpad flick or a swipe moves exactly one page instead of drifting between two - on the phone as well as the desktop
    • Game settings - your sensitivity, DPI, resolution and crosshair code, with the fields already named for VALORANT, Counter-Strike 2, Fortnite, Apex Legends and Overwatch 2. Any other game works too
    • Hardware - the mouse, keyboard, headset, monitor and the rest of your setup
    • About me - the short version of who you are, in whichever fields you pick
    • A GitHub project card. You type the repository, description, language and star count yourself - nothing is fetched from GitHub, so nothing about it can go stale without you
    • Spotify and YouTube on a page, still click-to-load, so nothing is requested until somebody taps it
    • Start a page from a template - Gaming setup, About me, Music, Developer, or blank. The rows arrive named and waiting for your answers
    • As many pages as you need. There is no page limit
    • Drafts. A page you have not published appears in your own preview marked Draft, and nowhere else
    • Duplicate a page, with everything on it. The copy always arrives as a draft
    • The widget picker shows what each one produces - a real miniature of the actual thing, not an illustration of it

    • Widgets save as you type. No Save button to forget, and nothing half-finished is ever stored
    • Publishing is a button that says Publish page, next to a line telling you whether the page is on your profile yet. It used to be an unlabelled switch beside the word Draft
    • The widget picker leads with what suits the page - a gaming page offers gaming widgets first. Everything else is still one tap away, and searching always searches all of it
    • On a phone the editor has its own shape: pages as a row of chips, the widget picker sliding up from the bottom, and Edit and Preview as tabs so the preview is reachable at all
    • The preview updates in place as you edit instead of reloading, so it no longer flashes and loses your place every time something saves

    • Withdrawing your cookie consent was never recorded if you were signed out. The button worked and the choice was honoured, but the record of it silently failed to save

    Location, badges and a waitlist

    • A location line on your page. Free text, so it can be a city, a country, or whatever you want it to say
    • Location takes part in the layout and alignment options like everything else, and can sit under your handle or down at the foot of the card
    • Location has its own glow, with its own colour, or it can follow the master glow
    • Discord account badges on your page - HypeSquad, Early Supporter, Nitro and the rest, read from your connected account
    • Classic and Modern are two genuinely different arrangements now: Classic puts your picture beside your name, Modern centres everything in a column
    • Classic moves the view counter to the corner opposite your picture, instead of the foot
    • Waitlist mode. When it is on, new accounts need an invite and the front page asks for your email instead of offering signup. Existing pages are untouched

    • Subtle and Glass card styles are properly distinct - every step of the ladder now clears its own legibility floor, so the difference is visible rather than nominal
    • Discord pictures, server icons and badges load from Discord's own CDN rather than being copied onto our storage first
    • The share button says something when you press it, instead of copying the link silently

    • Settings in the dashboard silently stopped saving. Switches would flip and snap back with no error anywhere - one unset glow colour was failing validation and taking the whole save down with it
    • Cookie choices were never recorded for signed-out visitors, which is nearly everyone. The banner dismissed and looked like it had worked
    • Buttons that point at the waitlist now actually scroll to it
    • A faint box appeared behind social icons when the card background was set to none and icon glow was on
    • Card shape previews are bone-white, so the shape is what you notice rather than the colour

    Removed2

    • Live Discord status - the online, idle and do-not-disturb dot announced in 2.6.0. It came from Lanyard, a third-party service, and it required joining their Discord server to work at all. Discord does not offer another way to read someone else's status, so the feature has gone rather than being rebuilt. Your badges, handle and picture are unaffected
    • Themes has been taken out of the Design section for now. Nothing you already applied has changed — your colours, background and card settings are exactly as you left them, and every one of them is still editable on the other tabs. Design now opens on Profile

    • Sign in with Discord - one tap, and no password to remember
    • Connect your Discord account to show your handle and picture on your page
    • A card for your Discord server, with online and member counts and a Join button - paste an invite and the rest fills itself in
    • Live Discord status on your page, off until you switch it on: online, idle, do not disturb or offline
    • Live status is read from Lanyard, so it only works once you have joined the Lanyard Discord server - and it shows where you are right now, never a last-seen time
    • Usernames can now be a single character, so noiz.bio/x is a page somebody can have

    • Every font is served from noiz.bio itself, so opening a profile no longer contacts Google to render it
    • The privacy policy now describes what actually happens: noiz.bio sets no cookies at all. The old version listed four, two of which were browser storage and two of which did not exist
    • Analytics is cookieless and counted on our own server rather than by a third-party script
    • A repeating noiz monogram sits behind the hero on the front page

    • The Analytics switch in the privacy banner did nothing - turning it off, or pressing Reject, still counted every view. It is honoured now, for every kind of event
    • Profile views and link clicks had quietly stopped being recorded after a platform move, so a page people were visiting looked like a page nobody visited. Recording is back, and the endpoint now reports a failure instead of swallowing it
    • Your chosen font now applies to the display name on profiles without the tilted card - which is most of them, because the tilt is off unless you turn it on
    • Badge and social glows render at full strength on those same profiles
    • The typing animation on your username runs there too

  9. Earlier development predates this changelog. Noiz was built and rebuilt for a year before these entries begin, but no release log was kept at the time — so rather than reconstruct one from memory, the record starts where it was actually written down.
