Do I need Premium?
Probably not on day one. Free carries unlimited links, the whole analytics dashboard, scheduled links, sections, background music and your own background image, which is a finished page for most people. Premium is for when you want the page to look like nobody else's: moving backgrounds, your own fonts, more card layouts, card looks that move, and scroll-down pages beneath it. Build on Free first and upgrade when you hit something you want. Not sure? In the dashboard, a Premium background, layout, effect or font has a Try it button that shows it on your own page in the preview before you buy: only you see it, and nothing is saved.
Can I try Premium before I buy it?
Yes, on your own page. In the dashboard, a Premium look has a Try it button: the animated backgrounds and gradients, overlays, the card looks that move and the Electric border, card effects, glow, cursor effects, fonts, the effects on your name, bio and location, the enter screen, the Crest, Portrait and Bento layouts, a square, faded or blurred profile picture, and example pages under your card. It shows in your preview only: nobody else sees it, nothing is saved, and Stop preview puts your page back. What needs a file of yours, such as a video background or your own font, cannot be tried.
Can I buy Premium for someone else?
Yes. In your dashboard, the Upgrade tab has a gift section: type their noiz username and pay on Stripe. It is the same Premium, on their account and kept for good. They need a noiz handle already, the email they get names you, and the receipt stays with you.
Is the free plan going to stay free?
Yes. It has no time limit, no link cap and no payment card on file, and nothing on it expires if you never upgrade. It is not a trial period and it is not metered: the plan comparison on the pricing page shows what each plan does.
Can I upgrade later?
Whenever you like, from the pricing page or from your dashboard. Nothing you build on Free is lost or reset when you upgrade, and there is no discount for buying sooner, so there is no reason to decide today.
What happens after I pay?
Stripe brings you back to your dashboard with Premium switched on, and a confirmation email follows. Stripe issues the invoice separately and mails it to you; it is also on your billing page and in your settings whenever you need it again.
Is this a one-time payment?
Yes. Pay once and Premium is yours for the lifetime of the service, no recurring charges and no subscription. Every premium feature available when you buy is included, and so is everything we add to the premium tier afterward.
Is VAT included in the price?
Yes. €4.99 is the total, with VAT already inside it: the figure you see is the figure you are charged, and nothing is added at the checkout page. Prices are charged in euro; if your card is in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate.
Do I get lifetime updates?
Yes. Improvements and new premium features land on your account automatically, at no extra cost. The one thing that would be priced separately is a substantially new product sold on its own rather than added to Premium: section 9 of the refund policy is the exact wording.
What is your refund policy?
Ask within 14 days of buying and we refund the full price, no reason needed; Premium is switched off and your page returns to the free plan. That is our own commitment, on top of the law, and it has two limits: once per account for each product, and not for an account permanently terminated for a violation of the Terms or Child Safety Policy (refund policy, section 1.1). Neither limit affects statutory rights or the correction of billing errors. The law gives consumers a right of withdrawal as well: Premium is an ongoing hosted digital service. At checkout, you expressly request immediate activation before the withdrawal period ends. Immediate activation does not itself end the statutory withdrawal right. You can withdraw at noiz.bio/withdraw, and a valid withdrawal is refunded in full. Your statutory rights if the product is faulty or not as described are unaffected. We still recommend the free tier first so you know what you are buying.
Can I have more than one profile?
Yes, with the Extra profiles add-on: three more profiles under the same login for €9.99 once, VAT included, each its own noiz.bio/username with its own links, pages and stats, and each with Premium. It needs Premium on your account and cannot be gifted. If Premium ends, the extra profiles stay online but cannot be edited; if the add-on is refunded, they go offline and are deleted 30 days later (Terms, section 12b).
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments run through Stripe. Every major credit and debit card is accepted, and Stripe may offer additional methods depending on your country: you will see the full list on the checkout page before you pay.
