Withdraw from a purchase

Send Noiz a withdrawal declaration for a Premium purchase here. You do not need an account, you do not have to give a reason, and this page stays available whenever you bought.

What happens next

We confirm receipt by email at once, with a reference number and the date and time. We then assess the legal effect of your declaration and, separately, whether it qualifies for our voluntary 14-day refund, and we contact you with the outcome.

The voluntary 14-day refund

Separately from your statutory rights, Noiz refunds a Premium purchase in full on request within 14 days, once per account. An account permanently terminated for a violation of the Terms or Child Safety Policy is not eligible for the voluntary 14-day refund. This exception does not affect statutory rights or the correction of billing errors. Section 1.1 of the Refund Policy has the detail.

Other ways to withdraw

This form is one way, not the only one. An email to support@noiz.bio or a letter to the address in the Legal Notice counts just the same. The statutory instruction and the model form are in section 12a of the Terms of Service.
