Changing your username
Settings → Account → Change Username. Availability is checked as you type, and the field accepts letters, numbers and underscores only, between 1 and 30 characters.
Changing your email
- Go to Settings → Account → Change Email
- Enter the new address
- Open the confirmation message we send to it
The change only takes effect once you follow that link. Until then you sign in with the old address.
Changing your password
- Go to Settings → Security → Change Password
- Enter your current password, then the new one twice
- Save
If you signed up with Google or Discord you have no password yet. Set one here before you disconnect that provider: it is the only way in otherwise.
Locked out
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Both that and the sign-in form are rate limited, so several fast attempts will make you wait rather than fail forever.
Starting over
Settings → Account has Reset Profile at the bottom, in the danger zone, which puts every design setting back to default and deletes all your links. Your account, username, email and badges stay.
