Downloading your data
Settings → Privacy → Data Export. One button, and the file downloads as JSON.
It contains:
- Your account email, when it was confirmed, when the account was created and when you last signed in
- Your full profile row: every design setting, not a summary
- All your links and link groups
- Your pages and everything on them: widgets, clips, tracks, images, games and VRChat items, with uploads as links to the files
- Your profile visits and link clicks
- Your badges
- Your Premium purchase records
- Security records: trusted devices, sign-in attempts, email changes and the status of your backup codes. Never a token or a code
- Your support inquiries, your waitlist entry and your roadmap votes
Deleting your account
- Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account
- Read what goes, then type your username exactly to confirm
- Confirm
This removes your profile and every customization, all your links and their click history, your visit statistics, your badges, everything you uploaded: avatar, banner, video, music, cursor, and your credentials and 2FA setup. You are signed out and your username is released.
Premium purchase records are kept but anonymized: they have to exist for tax and accounting reasons, and they no longer point at you.
Less drastic options
- Reset Profile, at the bottom of Settings → Account, clears your design and links but keeps the account
- Switching individual links to hidden takes them off your page without deleting them
- Archiving a link removes it from the page and from your working list, and keeps its click history
