What it costs
Premium is €4.99 once, incl. VAT. There is no subscription: nothing renews, nothing needs canceling, and no payment card is kept on file. The price is charged in euros.
Paying
Settings → Billing has the upgrade button, which opens a Stripe checkout. Stripe handles the card, so its details never reach Noiz. Noiz Premium lists what the payment unlocks and the box you check at checkout.
What the charge looks like
Your statement shows SCFO.DE * NOIZ.BIO. Scale & Form (scfo.de) is the studio behind Noiz and takes the payment, so its name comes first, and your bank may shorten or re-case it. If you recognize Noiz, the charge is yours.
Your receipt
Settings → Billing shows Lifetime access with the Purchase Date and the Amount Paid, and a Download Invoice or Download Receipt button that opens Stripe's copy. Email my contract confirmation sends the contract confirmation to you again.
If Premium was a gift, Billing shows Lifetime access, a gift, with Gifted on and Gifted by. The receipt and the contract belong to whoever paid, so they are not offered on your account.
Refunds and your right to withdraw
Premium is an ongoing hosted digital service. At checkout, you expressly request immediate activation before the withdrawal period ends. Immediate activation does not itself end the statutory withdrawal right. Separately, Noiz provides a voluntary 14-day refund subject to the Refund Policy.
To withdraw, use Withdraw from a purchase at the bottom of Settings → Billing or go to noiz.bio/withdraw: no account and no reason are needed, and a valid withdrawal is refunded in full. The refund policy is the binding version of all of this.
