Adding a link
- Go to Dashboard → Links
- Press a platform in the grid at the top, or the Custom tile for anything else
- Enter the title and the URL
- Press Add
You do not need to type https://. A bare example.com is completed for you. Only http and https links are accepted.
What a link holds
- Title, up to 100 characters, and no HTML
- URL, up to 2048 characters
- Description, up to 200 characters: a second line under the title
- An icon: your own upload, the site's favicon, or the platform glyph we detect
- A section, if you are grouping links
- Show from and Hide after times, if it is scheduled
Editing
Press the pencil on a link to open its fields in place. Save writes the change; Cancel discards it. Unlike Design, link edits are explicit, nothing is saved as you type.
Reordering
Drag a link by its handle, or use the up and down arrows on the card. Order is per section, so dragging inside a section rearranges that section rather than the whole page. Keyboard dragging works too, which is worth knowing if you have a lot of links.
Duplicating
The copy button clones a link with all its styling and settings, as an inactive copy. Useful when you have several links that differ by one word. The clone is never featured, so duplicating your featured link does not fight over the slot.
Deleting
The bin icon deletes a link after a confirmation. Its click history goes with it, so if you only want it off your page, hide or archive it instead.
